Happy sweet day to you!
I wanted to thank you so much for all the love and support for my shoppe re-opening! You blessed me so much! My next shoppe update will be towards the end of June with patriotic and summer pretties!
Along with the treasures I shared last week, my mom also sent me this pretty rose pot holder that my great grandmother crocheted. I love this color combination and might have to make one myself using brown and pink. And, now I know where I get my love for making them!
Well, I am off to finish packing some orders and crocheting cherries! Wishing you a beautiful day and week! xo
Oh, it's absolutely gorgeous... And to have such a treasure that is crocheted by your great grandmother... That's wonderful!

How lovely. I have always loved brown and pink together. I have a couple of things my nan made me which I treasure as she is no longer with us. The hours these things took is so special.

Hello sweet Heather, I have so missed stopping by here and catching up on all your news, thank goodness for IG at least I get a little bit of my Heather-fix. I am so pleased that your shop is doing well and I am not in the least surprised, your work is so delightful. How very special to receive this gorgeous potholder that your granny made, I am sure you will treasure it for the rest of your days. My granny was also an avid crocheter and have the most beautiful blanket that she made in my house that I see every day and even though the colours aren't exactly to my taste I have adapted things around to make it fit in and I now love it even more. Such beautiful things to pass down from generation to generation. Sending you much love and wishes for a happy and creative week xoxo
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet potholder. I cherish the things my grandmother made for me, she has been gone many years now and I miss her. I'm loving the new things in your shop, the first time I catch my hubby not looking, I'm going to buy something!! LOL, have a great week,

What a treasure!
ReplyDeleteHi Heather! Oh the crocheted doily by your grandma is so sweet. My grandmother was a crocheter too and so am I. The crocheting seemed to skip a generation to me. She had four daughters and none of them crochet! Thanks so much for popping in to see me.
ReplyDeleteBe a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
How lovely that you have this sweet crochet pot holder made by your grandma, Heather! It runs in the family!
