Happy May!
Hope that you are enjoying some lovely spring weather! It has been a little too warm for me here, summer temps, so I am hoping it will cool down soon as I am not quite ready for the summer heat.
It has been a busy week with working on some new pretties for the shoppe and doing a little spring cleaning and redecorating.
Since I do not have a garden, the vintage plastic roses are my May flowers. I just wish they had a better smell! ;)
I had this cute little shelf that I have been meaning to hang up, so yesterday I finally did in my kitchen.
A couple weeks ago I finished my little "H" mini wall quilt using some of my favorite colors together.
I have been busy getting some sweet strawberry and cherry items finished, sorry for the fuzzy photo, my sewing room is not a great place for photos. ;)I am hoping to have them all in the shoppe by the end of next week. So, we'll see how fast my hands can work!
Thank you for your sweet words on my baby things and it was fun to read what you have! Wishing you a beautiful first day of May and have a lovely weekend!! xo
Happy May sweet Heather. I totally forgot today is May 1st. Your decorating is always so cute. I bet your home is so sweet. Looking forward to seeing some of your new pretties. Hope you are having a wonderful day.

Happy May to you! Did you crochet your blanket? I love it. It looks so cute with your pillow.
ReplyDeleteI love your treasures on your corner shelf and your cozy reading corner. I'm sure I wouldn't know what to do with your summer-type heat, but I'd be happy to try it out! It's still so cold and rainy in MI.

ReplyDeleteThank you, Heather, and happy May Day to you! We have been having unseasonably warm weather the last couple of days, setting records with 90s today and had to turn on the AC tonight to cool off the house for bedtime. Good golly, Mother Nature can be such a tease this time of year!

ReplyDeleteLove all the pink and aqual!
Your little shelf with the doilies decorating it looks so cute! What a great idea. I may have to steal it for myself. I love to make doilies and am always needing another place to stash them. Would be fun to make a few and display them like that. Don't tell anyone, but I have plastic flowers and green plants too! I do not have a green thumb at all so I have a few in hanging baskets on my back porch. They always look pretty and no one can tell unless they're right up close. Hard for me to kill them that way too. I like them!
