sweet tweets

 Hello lovelies!
My sweet and dear friend Erin of Why Not Sew? published a darling new book called Sweet Tweets that is a must have in your stash of crafty books! Its filled with such beautiful and sweet projects that you will love!
I've always loved her sweet birdie quilts that she makes, and was excited to make this pretty "Birds and Bees" hot pad from her book as it combined my love for hexies and crocheted scallops!
I choose some pretty autumn florals and a peach cream crocheted edging! I love how Erin adds crocheted edgings to some of the projects, which is one of my favorite touches! Aren't those birds cute!
I really enjoyed making this sweet hot pad and look forward to making some more pretties from Erin's book!
Congratulations to Kimberely for winning a sweet e-book!!
CLOSED::If you would like a chance to win an e-version of Sweet Tweets, just leave a comment below with your email address and I will pick a winner on Friday, September 25th
Wishing you all a most lovely and crafty day! xo
