Happy Friday!
Just wanted to stop in to wish you all a lovely weekend and show you a couple of pretties!! The weather has been quite warm this week, and I am eager for the cooler fall weather. I finished another hexie flower and I really love this one! So sweet and summery!
If you followed me last year, you might remember these vintage maple leaf blocks that I bought at an estate sale. I had made the quilt top, but never got around to finishing it until this week! Only a year later. ;) Well, I was going to hand quilt it, but decided to do a simple machine quilting of diagonal lines, which I finished yesterday, and I just need to finish the binding. I am looking forward to showing it to you next week!! I am ready for fall!! How about you?
Thank you for all your sweet commend on my finished barn quilt and crocheted hanger!! Wishing you a happy and creative weekend!
I can't wait to see it finished! I followed your link back to your original post. I think that was before I knew you! Have a nice weekend! Twyla
