a few more...

Here are a couple more vintage tea towels and a two of my mini quilt hangings!! I am finishing the binding on two more, and there will also be two more of these sweet tea towels!

They are small pieces of art for your wall. I love making quilts, and really enjoy the mini ones. They add such a sweet, handmade touch to your home. This one has vintage fabric, mixed with some modern, and pretty grey lace trim!

For this pretty, I did an applique of the roses from a vintage table linen (see below !) and added some cute vintage star shaped doilies!! This one is my favorite! I might have to make some more!! I have always loved framed vintage rose art, so I guess this is my version!! ;)

These are my tea time vintage tea towels!! I used vintage oval doilies, with some pretty fabrics. It was so windy today taking these pictures!! It's was kinda comical, just holding every so lightly on the button for the wind to blow these just right for a picture!

I like how they came out!! Perfect for tea time!!

I think I have a little obsession with that vintage rose fabric! I could even imagine my chairs in the dining room, having this as a seat cover!! Oh, my that would be most lovely!!

Thank you all for your sweet comments, encouraging words, and loving support on my new goodies for my shoppe!! I will be posting towards the end of the week my opening day, so stay tuned!!

Of course, I have to end with these pretty vintage tin trays!! Oh, my heart just dances when I find sweet trays like these!! Such pretty roses, and spring colors!! Have a blessed rest of the week!!

  18. Boy oh boy I wish I had learned how to sew. Just don't have the patience for it now. Your work is so very lovely. And those trays certainly fit the theme. One more day of school and then it is the weekend here again, so I will have more time to stop and smell the roses (that translates as play and crochet -- ha!). :) Hope you are having a great week.
