cuteness on wednesday

Just a little cuteness for you on this lovely Wednesday!! I found these darling vintage Christmas mice at an estate sale last month, and fell in love with them!! Those smiles just make my vintage heart so happy!! Hope they bring a smile to your face today, too!!
I'll be back later to show you some more of the treasures I found, but these two little guys were the cutest and I just couldn't wait to show you! I actually have them in standing in a jar of buttons on my sewing desk, so I can look at them while I sew! Now, back to creating I go!!
Thank you all so much for you sweet and supportive comments on my new makes and kitchen line!! You are all truly such a blessing to me!!

Wishing you a beautiful and creative day!!

  3. So cute! I came across a couple Christmas elves my mom had. I hated them when I was a kid, but now that she is gone, I love them. :-)

  4. They are so adorable and yes they do make me smile!

It looks like they are meant to hang..or even light, maybe. Is that a wire at the bottom?

    Have a happy day. xo

  11. These couldn't be cuter! We have 3 trees @ Christmas and one is a MouseTree that is covered with MICE! yep these remind me of some of the earlier ones we have...the collection started almost 40 years ago!
..."not a creature was stirring not even a mouse".....we have that on our tree in a banner !
Thank for this sweet reminder of long ago crafted delightful creatures!

  21. Dear Heather, I am sorry to hear that your husband was hospitalized but am glad to know that he is on the mend. I will pray for his complete healing. You always find the neatest things at those estate sales. And your work (sewing, crochet or otherwise) is always so lovely. Hugs and blessings, Tammy

  23. Oh they make my heart melt - so so cute! I am also in love with the cuteness of your new kitchen range, what a clever girl you are, that embroidery is unbelievably good. Your ripple is looking great too, love the colour combo you've got going on - I'm nearly finished with my ripple, I had a little spurt of activity this week after a few months of nothing and finally I feel like it is growing again!
